2. Description of Service

RaisedGlass is an AI-powered wedding speech writing service. You provide personal information, stories, and preferences, and our AI generates personalized wedding speeches based on your input. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. Purchases and Payments

• All purchases are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• You will receive access to your generated speech(es) immediately upon successful payment.
• All sales are final. Due to the digital and personalized nature of the product, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy.
• If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of your speech, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a regeneration or store credit at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the stories, memories, and personal information you provide to generate your speech.
• Generated Speeches: Once purchased, you own the generated speech and may use it freely for personal purposes, including delivering it at a wedding, editing it, or sharing it.
• Our Platform: The RaisedGlass brand, website design, AI prompts, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI prompts or proprietary systems
• Resell or redistribute generated speeches as a commercial service
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the speech builder
• Attempt to overwhelm, disrupt, or exploit our systems

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Speeches generated by RaisedGlass are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, the AI may occasionally produce content that is imperfect, inappropriate, or not fully aligned with your expectations. We recommend reviewing and editing your speech before delivery. RaisedGlass is not responsible for the reception or impact of any speech delivered using our content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaisedGlass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific speech in question.

8. Privacy

Your use of RaisedGlass is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
